The subsequent points outline the terms and conditions for using PDFT.AI services (the ‘Service’). We recommend that you review them carefully. By using this service, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in the terms of service (“Terms”).

USER CONDUCT

The Service is available solely for individuals and is provided free of charge. By using the Service, you agree that the Provider may display advertising to you when you convert and view any converted documents. You are permitted to use documents that you convert using the Service for commercial purposes, such as posting them on your own commercial website or using them in your business operations. However, any attempt to commercialize the Service itself, such as charging third parties for converting their documents through the Service, is strictly prohibited. Engaging in such prohibited activities may result in immediate and permanent termination of your access to the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all actions or omissions that occur under your account or password, including the content of the documents you submit to the Service for document language translation. For instance, you agree not to:

Provide illegal, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, harmful, vulgar, indecent, or unwanted documents or materials for conversion.
Provide documents or materials that infringe on the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Provide documents or materials that contain viruses, Trojans, worms, time bombs, or any other malicious or destructive programs.
Violate any law, ordinance, or regulation related to the transmission of technical data or software exported from the USA.
Grossly interfere with the operation of the Service, or violate any rules, policies or terms of this document related to the Service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to documents or other materials provided by the Service by any other user, or to any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected or associated with the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt any other user’s use of the Service.
Use of automated systems, web scrapers, auto-click software, bots, or any other automated software for data extraction, including documents created by the Service, is strictly prohibited.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The materials provided through this Service are available “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or conditions, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider completely disclaims all warranties and conditions, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Provider does not claim that the Service will operate uninterruptedly or error-free, nor that defects will be corrected or that the servers hosting the site are free of viruses or other harmful elements. Furthermore, there is no guarantee that the results of the Service, including any third-party content, will be accurate, reliable, timely, or of satisfactory quality. This service may include translations provided by Google, which disclaims all warranties concerning these translations, express or implied.

For your convenience, the Provider offers this translation service using Google Translate and OpenAI software. Despite efforts to ensure accurate translations, automatic translations may have limitations and are not intended to replace human translation. These translations are provided as a courtesy and inherently come “as is” without any warranties regarding their accuracy or reliability. Not all content, such as multimedia or images, can be translated accurately, due to limitations of translation software we can only guarantee translation of plain text.

DAMAGE COMPENSATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims or damages, including legal costs, arising from your use of the Service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall the Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of the Service, unauthorized access to your data, or any transactions conducted through the Service. If you find the Service or its content unsatisfactory, your sole recourse is to discontinue using the Service.
